I purchased my first car through JD B & CNAC at the age of 18 and had a pretty good experience. I decided to purchase my 3rd car from JDB as well and the dealership was amazing.
CNAC on the other hand can be very rude. I've always made my payments on time and I make them online...I get a courtesy reminder call on the day of my payment and the young lady has said "You NEED to make sure you make that payment today" or "We dont' tolerate late payments"
It *** me off every time because my payments are never late, and all you have to call and say is "this is just a courtesy reminder that your payment is due today"...they are very unprofessional.
