Representative for that payment . I paid $ 2400 down and $432 a month on that car . Come on Arkansas do you really allow people to be treated like this and can you honestly say they are right in what they are doing to people .I have been reading so many complaints on this very same thing . People are only human and sometimes they mess up and mistakes happen but do you really have kick them so hard they cant get back up .
I may be wrong but I will not give my car back to them and I will not allow them to repo it . I have my payment if they dont want it fine I will put in a separate account and someday when they want to be adults and treat people with respect their money will be waiting for them . Dont think you can intimidate me or scare me you have no idea the weight I carry every single day of my life . I will not allow anyone to talk to me like Im nothing .
I will say this too if I had been late on every payment like she said and months behind I still would have deserved to be treated with some respect . I hope someone reads this and can see there is something wrong with the way people are being taken advantage of from JD Byrider and CNAC . I have a print out of my all my payments i just dont understand why they think they have the right to repo ok they say no grace period but really are you for real Im sure that repo driver and court costs will be more than the 4 day late

I purchased a SUV two years ago from byrider in Durham and I should of known the car was a lemon when on day 2 it had to be towed due to electrical issues. Then few months later it was towed again, at my expense for a simple fix, I thought but instead the car was kept for 6 weeks to get a new motor.
And over the last year it's been back twice and of course it's for items not under warranty.
Patrick from the service department is a *** he is very rude and should not be allowed to talk to the public. I just want to get a better car but they don't want to help but make sure you make your payments on time, you will receive a letter to come take it

They are still on my report and refusing to finance me with a reliable vehicle after I gave back the ford they sold to me that had transmission issues
I called them and let them know that hey I purchased my car from you guys a few days ago and now it seems the transmission is starting to slip. I was then told hey its the second today we want be able to look at the car until the 7th. I then tell them Ill drop it off back to your location and have a look at some other vehicles. I was then told you want be able to trade the car back for anything else well have to check the car and make sure its the transmission or if its something you may have caused.
So I said something I caused I only had the car for four days and you wanna put it on me? Nah I dont think so! Imma need you guys to find out the issue or I dont wanna continue with the process and you can keep your car. They told me on you cant just give it back you signed the papers on this car its yours now.
Your responsibility is to make the payments on this car. We will give you a call once the issue is corrected or to let you know what we find. Okay so now its the 7th they call me and say hello Ms Davis your car is ready we didnt find any issues with it you can pick it up now. I go get the car and drive it to work for the next 3days and boom the transmission slips and me and my 1yr old at the time are in traffic on the expressway almost being hit by a truck because the transmission slips.
I called them back and let them know hey you told me it was nothing wrong with the transmission in my truck and here it is today the transmission slips while Im driving home with my 1yr old in the back seat damn near being hit by a truck! Yall told me oh its how the car sounds its a ford drive it few days you shouldnt hear that sound anymore the car just hasnt been driven!!
Lied to me and damn near had me in someones hospital and possibly losing my child!! I was pissed!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. I guess it was resolved she said in the agreement it states payment days cannot be changed, I didn't have a choice to better suit my payment day but I was told if I put extra money down everything I pay it will be like I'm ahead and not show up as late. So in a way it's not resolved n still my fault but in a way it is.

I made a call on September 18th, 2023
About what my options were for not being able to make two of my upcoming payments. I explained to the agent that I had lost my wallet while I was away in Austin City.
It contained not only my recently cashed check but my State ID, my DL, even my social sercurity all of my debit credit cards everything. So I had asked what were my options the agent explained that he sympathized for me and that I dont have a option to refinance my lease I qualified for a deferred option to move the payment to the end of my lease. I requested two payments to be moved September 16th, 2023 and October 1, 2023. Since the soonest I could get a set appointment at the dmv was October 11th.
To my knowledge I thought everything was settled but Im still receiving missed calls and voicemails stating that none of this was covered or that it even occurred even though I requested that a note be left on my account just incase Ive been trying to contact CNAC almost everytime I can I dont know if its my signal or if Im just calling at a bad time please respond I have no idea whats going on or what is even happening Ill be calling again tomorrow my number has never changed
