Cnac Financing Questions and Answers
How do I get a different vehicle even though my current vehicle is not paid off?The car that I am currently buying is costing me more money everyday since I drove it off the dealership lot. I have had to replace the battery and now I have to get the brakes fixed and get a new tierod and four brand new tires.
I have to also put gas in the car everyday because of very poor gas mileage. When my wife and I were signing the papers to get the car, we purchased an extended warranty that the repairs that we need done on our car would be covered. The brakes and battery are not covered when the paperwork says that they are covered under the warranty. I would like to just give the car back and get a better car because the car that I am buying is not what I wanted to buy at all.
I was basically forced into buying this car. I do not appreciate the way that we were forced into buying this car. On the paperwork that I signed said that the dealership put brand new brake pads and drums that would last five years. It has been less than a year since we got the car.
Also the transmission is sticking and the fuel filter needs to be replaced. I just a better vehicle that we do not have to keep putting gas in the tank every day.
We are paying way to much for this vehicle. The more we pay on the vehicle to more problems we find wrong with the car.

Where's my car?My paydays changed, and I did not make two payments. 100% my fault my car got repossessed, I called them within an hour of them taking it and paid the past due bills, they told me it would be sent to recovery and I’d have my car back in 10 days.
I arranged for auto pay, and they’ve taken out two payments for the last two weeks. Yet, I still have no damn car. When I call, I get the runaround, that it’s still processing... It’s it’s coming becoming apparent I will have to obtain legal counsel.
I understand that the company wants to punish me, my credit has plummeted, I’ve been without a car for three weeks, I think they’ve made their point. I don’t believe they ever plan on returning this car yet they will continue to let me pay for it.

I have similar issues with my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. It takes forever to shift from first gear to second and about 20 seconds to go 0-60. When I apply the brakes the car shudders and occasionally shuts off.I have had this car since February and am not pleased that these issues were not addressed or discussed.
