I have excellent credit and finances and I am a CDL-A driver and military Veteran. I wish I had reviewed these stories before I made a purchase with these DEMONS. These people called me on Christmas Eve demanding payment. I had already set up automatic payments when I purchased the vehicle. So what’s the problem? DEMONS that love evil and practice witchcraft with cloaking devices. False appearances pretending to be upright and honest people in public until the rest of the story emerges.

This company is so bad. One representative tell you one thing and another tells me something completely different. I am one payment from paying my vehicle off and was told my last payment would be a partial payment. Today I'm told not only will it be a full payment but I owe a $25 charge for mechanical work I got done 2 years ago in which the head mechanic said there would be no charge since I had to take my car to them 3 times for the same issue. This company is the most crooked company I've ever done business with!

Well I'm in the process of buying a vehicle from JD Byrider and I've made all my payments and today is the first one that I cannot make due to losing a job and just starting a new one yesterday they've texted and said they were going to take it and then said they'd work with me I'm not saying that I don't trust them but they said they want to help me but I need to bring the vehicle in to go over refinancing and I've been looking into some stuff in it says that on the thing and they get their in their vehicle they take it I just want to make sure they're not going to take it

Cnac sold a car to some one in my name

I just call cnac in ILLINOIS and told them someboby in cnac financial someboby a car in my name and i need to get it off my credit now i have the year of the car is a 2003 the vin number is 1LNHM82W63Y31361 now will someboby help me fix this its not right my name is carol my number is 678 637 **** i have never own no car like this

Howisit im paying 24,000 bucks for a car thats been in a collision a tear in the steering wheel plus on top of it thecar keeps breaking down the engine is knocking and i keep getti g ran around plus all of the window motors stopped working ect ect then i was a few days late on a payment pluson top of it my car has a lien on it from another state! Cnac gentleman was not trying to resolve issue, instead he was condisending and was avaiding the situation, he kept threatening to not help us resolve matter, gave us hard time and really did not want to help the situation at all, instead he sounded like it was fun to him.

Shows as negative report on 2016, then paid off balance in 2018, why should negative report be there, never been late, or owe them monies!

Ok I have to admit we have fallen behind on payments before my husband and I and have gotten into harrasing phone calls and diputes with them but this last week (11-10-18) my husand was admitted to the hospital in the SICU unit by EMS after I found him in the bathroom throwing up profusely gallons and gallons after gallon of "BLOOD"Turned out he was diagnosed with "Chyrossis of the Liver and Gastrisis Varices"-Terminal illness'-( not sure of the spelling of those) ok so I called and told "Connie"what happened and that we werent gonna make payment for a couple of weeks-so she wants proof of my husbands hospital admittance faxed to her -well it took 3-4 days b4 she received the faxed paper by the case mgmt on the hospital letterhead-which happened to be the same day he was discharged-she calls me to tell me her superviser called the # on the letterhead and it was no good saying it left message saying something about a conference and that email was no good either and that I needed to get correct # my response to her was google the hospital get the # and call it and ask for case mgmt because as I stated to her"my husband almost died in front of me hes been diagnosed w/COL & GV-hes had 6 blood transfusions but pressure dropped to the 50's 3 times in hospital he had 5 IV's in him at the same time and he just got discharged and you dont believe me and u want me to do more for you im trying to take my husband home and everything else settled w/him i dont have time for u right now i need to take care of my husband"the call ended just like that-which right after we went to fax her his discharged papers and have not heard from them since -i just want to say how very upset I am with them they have no respect morals values anything for anyone-they just care about getting wat they want no matter wat kind of situation your in!I will never recommend them or jd byrider to anyone nor will I do business w/them ever again!!Damn my husand almost died right in front of me!!

I recently tried to get records of my service contract, finance contract and my ledger balance. I emailed my Auto Finance person at CNAC, in IL, and she stated she would send me over the documents. She did send over my service contact but failed to send the other two I requested. I gave it a couple days, and sent her another email requesting the records. She stated that she would give me the contract “in a few”. I did not receive anything. I then emailed her again, and requested my documents and she replied saying she would send them over. I still did not receive anything. I called CNAC to get my payout balance for another dealership, and spoke to her again, and told her I needed the documents I was requesting, she said “I have not been in the office, but I will send them over.” I STLL did not get my documents. I then called CNAC on Thursday, to make my payment, and spoke to the girl who answered the phone. I told her I needed to make my payment but I also needed a copy of my contract and ledger balance. I told her I had asked my financial person for them but did not receive them. She verified the email they had on file, and stated she would send them right over. I still have not received anything of what I requested. I am very dissatisfied with this company, and I am trying to switch companies for my finance because of these games. I have made all of my payments every two weeks, and to get treated like this is not acceptable.

ALSO, I took my car to the service department under warranty to get an engine problem fixed and also to get my muffler fixed. They kept my car for three days or so and gave it back, stating it was fixed. My car then shut off while I was driving, after I got it back. I took it back and they said something else was wrong and needed to get fixed. They kept my car and also told me they replaced my muffler. I took my car to a mechanic shop and they said my muffler was simply “patched”. My car is so loud, you can hear it from blocks away, and my car shuts off when it feels like it. My dash board is still flashing lights and my speedometer is still moving on its own. (these were the same problems I originally brought my car in) I am now coming up to the end of my warranty and I called the service department and let them know I would be out of my warranty soon, but I am having the same problems as when I first bought the car. The service department told me I would not be able to get my car in for a few weeks, and I told them that my warranty would expire by then. He stated there was nothing they could do because the problems I am having “were over a year ago.” Crazy how I am having the SAME problems that were supposed to be fixed. The car now sits in my driveway because it is unsafe to drive. I still make my payments.

I want my records and I want to know why this company is so unprofessional. I think it is a little weird that I received my service contract when I requested it, but not my financial contracts. Seems there is some wrongs going on here.

I called costomer service to make a complaint and to try to get my records and they said "You have to send any email to the coustomer service department.. so I did, and STILL have no response.

DO NOT USE CNAC, they will charge you WAY more the what the car is worth. They also DO NOT refinance on cars or trade them in.

Oh, and to top it off.. They have no reported to the credit bureau that I make my bi weekly payments. This was since i requested these records. Last report was in June... its now September.

I don’t recommend using Cnac, they are terrible when I comes to customer service. If your one day late on a payment they call you and harass you and your co signer. They are not understanding what so ever, and very rude. I regret going to through them Wtf

My vehicle was repossessed because of only 1 payment behind.

I was buying a 2006 Ford Escape From the JD Byrider in Pensacola FL and I had it for 2 weeks and it started having issues with the transmission. I had to take it in on 3 different occasions for them to fix this same issue the first they said it was a seal, 2nd the transmission, 3rd the same seal, well it took from the middle of September till 10/30/18 for them to get the correct parts. So while all this was going on I had missed several days of work because of my truck being in the shop. I got 1 payment behind because of this. So they repossessed my vehicle and when I told them I could barrow 200 from family to bring to them the same day and would pay the rest on Friday 11/02/18 they refused to let me. They said they didn't want my money. Now granted because of my vehicle or working late there were a few payments they considered late because I didn't make it in on Friday's but it was payed on the fallowing Saturday. I found out that every time something broke or messed up it was something that should of been fixed for saftey purposes before they put it on the lot to sale. So not only did they sale me a vehicle that possibly could of been life threatening. Then they screwed me over by causing me to miss work to the point of getting the one payment behind. And now are refusing to let me pay and get my vehicle back and it be road ready

Very Poor Customer Service

My daughter has her car financed by CNAC. They left town without notifying her. She has not been able to get an address from this company to change her insurance company. She has called, left messages, and emails. NO RESPONSE. But when she is one day late with her payment, they are calling and threatening repossession. Plus she has asked for a detailed report about what she still owes on her car, AGAIN, NO RESPONSE. So she left to keep paying on a car when she has no idea what her balance is. She has a friend who financed a car through CNAC. The car broke down within a couple of months. He called them to take the car back and they refused. He asked if he could trade it in for another vehicle and he was told he needed to pay $1500. He kept paying until he couldn't anymore, they repossessed it. Such a waste of money and this person was taken advantage of. If my daughter and her friend's experience is anything to judge by, I feel sorry for the people who have bad or no credit who end up being financed by this company. Poor Customer Service and just plain shysters.
