I bought a Chevy Malibu from them 2 years ago. When I bought it, it broke down almost every other day, at red lights..in traffice.. (not even 3 days into owning the car).. When I took it back - they laughed and joked as if it was my fault and its something that I had to deal with.

Not so. After a stern attitude, they finally put me in a *** Rio Hatchback - which to this day still has wiring problems.. and continue to draft my account every two weeks.

They're customer service is awful.. they don't keep up with information provided. Mr. Garcia called me two weeks ago and took my card info.. and then called me just this morning threatening me because they didn't have the correct card information on file. Mind you, he left a voicemail to do that. It wasn't my fault he'd lost my draft info - and CNAC continues to *** me off, treating me like I don't EVER pay my car on time. I haven't skipped a beat (or a payment) since I bought this raggedy *** car from JD ByRider. They call me and ask me if I have insurance, like my answer is going to change in a two week period. The sales team is nice.. but CNAC? I am saving every dime for a new car.. and could give two flying fizz noodles if I have to add a Volutary Repo to my credit.. Carlie was an incredible rep, and she only called or emailed when there was a true issue and she respected my time, and my mondy. Everyone else??

I pay high interest rates, almost $400 a month for inconvenience and continuous aggravation from a sloppily organized company. I cannot WAIT to give them this car back.. simply becaues - these people do NOT no how to treat their on time paying clients. Customer service is ALWAYS everything. Why do they not seem to care?

Reason of review: Customer service is awful - and I will be returning this car prior to the end of my loan, because I can't pay a car note on time without them harassing me for NO reason..

Preferred solution: Quit calling me. Like I told you before. Email me if you have a problem. Because everyone has poor customer relations skills. Let me pay my car note in peace, dammit. Until end of the year when I'm ready to give this piece of crap BACK. .
